He has worked for Tier1 MNCs – KPMG, Alcatel Lucent, AIG, Franklin Templeton Technologies, HCL Technologies to name a few and have conducted corporate trainings for leading organizations across India and abroad. He is also a COBIT Foundation certified professional.

Srikanth Krishnamurthi has 35 years of experience in the IT & Manufacturing industries, worked in areas of Business Excellence, Business Analytics, Product Development, Delivery / Service Excellence, Agile & Lean implementation, Quality Assurance, Risk & Compliance, Trainer & Coach for Program Management & Quality Assurance. CQI and IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System & ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, COBIT 2019 Foundation certified. Worked with Hindustan Isuzu , TVS Suzuki, Larsen & Toubro, HCL Technologies in Technical , Management & Leadership roles involving Planning, Program Management, Product Development, Service Delivery, Quality Assurance & Delivery/ Business Excellence. He will be managing the operations and providing advisory on business excellence initiatives for clients

Principal Consultant & Trainer

Afzal Khan has 27 years of experience mostly in the Embedded domain Industry. He has worked as Quality Head in Jasmin InfoTech Private Limited, Chennai. He has expertise in defining, establishing, training & enforcing the process model and standards such as CMMI Development (Version 2.0), ISO27001: 2013, ISO 9001:2015, ASPICE Model for different Business units. He is also proficient in applying development and technical skills to all aspects of Process Quality Assurance, including setting up the process for the Product Development. He has Coordinated the Planning and execution of the External Certification and Reassessment Audits for CMMI Development Model (Version 2.0), ISO27001: 2013, ISO 9001:2015. He is also a certified SCRUM Master and has conducted various process-related training..
